I agree with using the remote apps like Team Viewer & iTeleport works fine.
But i was tinkering around the web and found a 'java supporting App' called 'CLOUD BROWSE' if you buy it, you can access the Usmle-World Web site and download the client directly onto the iPad (THROUGH BROWSER ONLY) You can access the client and start doing the questions.
